Women`s Health

For the past few years, we’ve been hearing a lot about women’s health, from birth control to breastfeeding. Our health is an extremely important part of our lives and it’s something we all deserve to know more about.

So then, what are these classes for? The goal is to make sure that you’re informed on how your body works and that you feel comfortable talking about women’s health issues with the people around you. You’ll also learn about topics including puberty, reproduction, hormonal changes in the female body over time, pregnancy, and childbirth, as well as how to cope with menstruation or menopause.

Women’s health classes are especially beneficial to anyone who has a family member with a specific condition, such as diabetes or cancer.
